Apple and AT&T are facing another lawsuit over 3G network. Filed this week at the Florida District Court and the United States District Court Eastern District of Texas Sherman Division, the lawsuit claims that speed and infrastructure of the 3G network is insufficient. The suit makes eight claims against the company including the consumer protection statutes, misrepresentation, enrichment, breach of warranties, and breach of contract.
This is not the first time, Apple and its partner AT&T are facing lawsuits. In the last eight days Apple faced three “class-action” lawsuits and AT&T two. The suits claim that the 3G iPhones are not of high quality and fail to live up to the companies promise.
Ever since, Apple and AT&T joined hands, they are enjoying huge success. In the fourth quarter of the last year, they sold 1.9 million units of iPhones. Interestingly, the lawsuits do not sought any kind of monetary compensation.
